I’ve worked for more than 20 years on many large data warehouse implementations. I get the most satisfaction from simplifying complex problems and making teams more efficient. I work well in an environment that promotes innovation and where there is room for discussion for the best way of doing thing. I’ve studied artificial intelligence, and recently I’ve caught up with all the latest developments (LLM’s, multi-agent systems, etc.). I would really like to combine this knowledge with my Data Engineering knowledge in my next assignment.
My goal is to provide simple solutions for complex problems, which in my opinion is more complicated than providing complex solutions. When I have to use copy-paste, alarm bells start ringing, because code should not be copy-pasted, but reused.
